As a man of puerto rican + black decent I am embarassed that Al Sharpton still thinks he is a voice or leader for the black community.(like the black community is to weak survive without a leader) This is a double standard. Could you imagine the backlash if McCain had made this comment. Or Sarah Palin. Or for that matter Rush. They would almost be banished from the planet..........

Why is Sharpton still straightening his hair? What is wrong with that man? I don't know how anyone can have any respect for a Black man that is still doing that conked, pressed, processed, straightening hair thing. Most Black men had sense enough to stop doing this over 50 years ago.
