A temporary tax that can be removed or modified by a simple vote of the commission. It's not a 30 year ad valorem that can't be modified and its much better to pay for these projects as we go, versus absorbing a huge amount of interest expense trying to finance them over 20-30 years as is often the case.

Description

This video confirms the ability of the education industry in Tuscaloosa County Alabama to levy taxes through a puppet County Commission. The School Board and County Commission ambushed public interest by securing an affirmative vote on a "temporary" sales tax increase for the third time without prior public announcement. Thus, demonstrating a callous contempt for basic principles of representative government. Contact your local county officials –
