That the charges were dropped does not mean that the arrest was bogus.
It is not at all uncommon for disturbing the peace charges to be
dropped, once the offender has had a chance to cool off, especially if
he has no record and was just reacting emotionally.

The man defending Obama says that he was just sticking up for his
friend. That is a defense? That the POTUS used his bully pulpit to
smear a cop in order to protect a friend is a serious abuse of power.
